Chris' new best friend his knee brace....
Chris' second new best friend the ice pack. This little cooler filled with ice every 6 hours runs ice cold water through the blue ice pack under his brace. Cooling the surgery area helps to keep the swelling down and in return lowers the pain. anyway...it's a pretty cool contraption.
